  1. Number of Years- In this field, enter the number of years you will be taking to repay the mortgage loan (i.e. if the term of your loan is going to be 30 years, simply enter the number 30 in this field)
  2. Annual Percentage Rate-In this field, enter the annual percentage rate you expect to pay or have been prequalified for (i.e. if you have been prequalified for an A.P.R of 7½%, simply enter 7.5 into the field.)
  3. Loan Principle- In this field, enter the amount of mortgage loan you will be taking (i.e. if the home you have selected is $325,000.00 and you are placing $25,000 down, simply enter the number 300000 to represent the amount of $300,000.00 which you will be financing.)
  4. Monthly Payment- This will be the monthly payment amount (note: DO NOT FILL IN THE MONTHLY PAYMENT FIELD)
